Kuehne + Nagel wins 2006 BIFA Award for Airfreight |

 Kuehne + Nagel has been awarded this year’s British International Freight Association (BIFA) Award for Airfreight. This prestigious accolade was awarded in recognition of the highly customised and innovative IT solutions which Kuehne + Nagel provided to a key customer in the aviation engineering sector.
Working within the framework of the Cargo 2000 phase 2 accreditation, Kuehne + Nagel was able to offer its customer a reliable, cost-effective, on-time solution for the customer’s airfreight requirements, whilst ensuring proactive management of all consignments and total visibility throughout the entire supply chain. The transparency offered by Kuehne + Nagel’s online visibility tool, KN Login, which allows the client to view the Cargo 2000 route map for each consignment, was a key element of the project.
