CitySprint Launch New SecureData Courier Service PDF Print E-mail
Wednesday, 16 April 2008

CitySprint has announced the launch of a new SecureData Courier service.

This dedicated service has been developed in response to the very high profile instances of data loss in recent months.

There is significant potential risk to loss of sensitive data when sent through the traditional next day carrier service offering. Next day services are better suited to the movement of standard, low value shipments as they move through a high volume, hub, spoke and multi-drop delivery environment.

CitySprint’s SecureData Courier service gives peace of mind when sending confidential data or information within the UK. An experienced CitySprint courier, dedicated to your delivery, collects your package and is responsible for the secure delivery to its destination. The entire journey can be tracked live and in real time, giving confidence and reassurance of the exact location of your package during its transit.

The SecureData Courier service includes the following:

  • Priority booking number
  • Specialist SecureData Courier support team
  • Bookings can be ad-hoc or pre-arranged for a specific time
  • Ad hoc bookings collected within 60 minutes
  • Details of courier number, vehicle registration and unique tracking number provided prior to collection
  • Experienced security checked CitySprint courier who is dedicated to your journey, wears uniform and carries ID
  • Packages kept out of sight in locked vehicles
  • Live and real time client tracking of the job progress showing the exact map location of the courier
  • Tracking history available on courier journey
  • Delivery to addressee only
  • Confirmation PDF showing job details, recipient signature, date and time emailed to client at time of delivery.
